Experience

I currently work at Opencast Software, a technology consultancy in the UK, as a senior frontend developer and accessibility specialist.

I have developed self-paced guides for learning how to use screen-readers to test websites for accessibility, created a browser plugin to help government teams build more accessible services and write on accessibility matters.

HMRC

Most recently I spent 8 years at HMRC (part of UK central government), where I specialised in accessibility working on agile teams building services for the whole of the UK public. When it comes to accessibility GOV.UK and its departments like HMRC are at the forefront of ensuring as many people can access their digital content as possible.

For over 2 years whilst at HMRC I worked as part of the HMRC in-house accessibility team. As well as auditing services it meant I could spend more time helping and educating various teams.

Previously

I've worked with other amazing clients such as Warner Bros, Channel 4, Sony Playstation and BlackBerry.
